Email address - Provided by you at purchase to deliver your license key.
Order information - Order ID, payment status, and license key associated with your purchase.
Basic analytics - We use Google Analytics on our website to collect anonymous usage data (page views, referral sources, device type). No personally identifiable information is tracked.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

The MemoryHelper app runs entirely on your Mac. It does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data, memory contents, file data, or usage behavior from your device.
We do not collect your name, phone number, physical address, or any biometric data.
We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes on our website.

3. How We Use Your Information

License delivery - Your email is used solely to send your activation code after purchase.
Order management - Order records are maintained to provide customer support and handle license-related inquiries.
Service communication - We may send important product updates or security notices to your email. We do not send marketing emails.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), which acts as our Merchant of Record. When you make a purchase:

Your payment details (credit card number, billing address) are collected and processed directly by Creem. We never see or store your payment card information.
Creem handles all payment processing, tax collection, refunds, and chargebacks in accordance with their own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
We only receive confirmation of payment status, your email, and order metadata from Creem via secure webhook.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your email and order data are stored on secure servers with encrypted connections (TLS/SSL).
Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
We retain order records for a reasonable period to support license management and customer service.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

Payment processor - Creem, for processing your payment.
Email delivery - SMTP service, solely for sending your license key email.
Legal requirements - If required by law, regulation, or legal process.

Request correction or deletion of your personal data.
Withdraw consent for data processing at any time.
