MemoryHelper is a macOS menu bar application that monitors and optimizes system memory usage. The software runs locally on your Mac and provides real-time memory monitoring, one-click memory cleanup, and automated memory management features.
MemoryHelper offers a free 3-day trial with full functionality. No payment information is required for the trial. After the trial period, a license key is required to continue using the software.
After successful payment, your license key (activation code) will be delivered to the email address you provided during checkout. Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 30 minutes. If you do not receive your license key, please contact support@toolapps.online.
MemoryHelper and all associated content, including but not limited to the software, website, logos, and documentation, are the intellectual property of the developer. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

MemoryHelper is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Memory optimization results vary depending on your system configuration and workload.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.
We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and delete all copies. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new revision date. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
